WALL PLASTER-INTERNAL

Insulate (Uni-Plaster) is modified gypsum plaster ready to use, designed for machine application to most internal background such as red brick, concrete face and aerated-concrete

  • Formulated with special additives to control working and setting characteristics
  • A smooth, very hard and brilliant surface for walls and ceilings
  • Good air tightness for improving thermal insulation
  • Hardening and full reaction takes place in 6 hours

    • Application

    • Clean wall from all debris and fill holes bigger than 2 cm with Insulate (Uni-Plaster) or any other mortar
    • On smooth concrete face use bonding compound before applying Insulate (Uni-Plaster) (Recommended UNI-BOND)
    • Add bags content continually into running spray machine and adjust water flow valve to 5-6 liter for every 10 kg of Insulate (Uni-Plaster)
    • Spray from bottom to top in lines at horizontal motion
    • Level Insulate (Uni-Plaster) with aluminum bar
    • When plaster is harder than finger skin, spray water with brush and use foam rubber sponge to polish plaster face in circular motion to turn it into soft paste
    • After 5 minutes of last step compact and finish with steel trowel
    • In necessary when plaster is hard, spray water with brush and use sharp steel trowel to polish surface and cut any high spots

    Recommendation

    • Do not mix Insulate (Uni-Plaster) with any material
    • Apply in one coat at thickness of min 8 mm and max 25 mm
    • Do not apply at temperature below +5 ℃
    • Use clean water. Do not use water containing Insulate (Uni-Plaster)
    • Spray water on dry and hot surface before applying Insulate (Uni-Plaster)
    • Plaster machine and application tools should be cleaned
    • Use internally only

    Storage condition

    • Store in dry place at no more than 20 layers
    • Use within one year after the date of production. Inappropriate and too- long storage may deteriorate the physical properties of Insulate (Uni-Plaster)
